Carolina Garcia
Carolina Garcia is the President and Founder of Carolina Garcia Real Estate Group, an award-winning Real Estate Team located in San Antonio, Texas.
Although Carolina has called San Antonio home for more than 27 years, she was raised in El Salvador and has lived in major markets including Miami, Houston, New York, New Jersey and San Francisco. Fluent in Spanish, she understands the subtle differences among cultures within the Hispanic community. Culturally observant and adaptable, her wide worldview makes her the ideal agent for the growing influx of diverse new San Antonio residents from all corners of the globe.
Carolina began her Real Estate career in 2008, at the height of the Great Recession. Many of her initial properties were foreclosures and short sales, and Carolina quickly gained a reputation for taking over languishing listings and converting them to quick sales. She has managed to thrive in every cycle of the market. By 2015, demand for her client-first approach required her to open Carolina Garcia Real Estate Group and build a team of agents.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, Carolina was an Emmy award-winning Director/Editor for Univision. She carries the skills that helped her succeed in television into her work as a Realtor, particularly an incredible visual sense, meticulous attention to detail, and a methodical approach to creating the best possible product. Her keen eye for design helps clients stage their home with a few impactful changes that create real results. After many years working behind the scenes in the studio, Carolina knows the fastest sale comes from taking the time to create a perfect listing at the outset.
Clients often comment that Carolina’s greatest assets are her patience, dedication, and calmness. She understands buying or selling a home is emotional, and can even be overwhelming. Carolina and her team work hard to demystify the process, and make this exciting time as smooth and enjoyable as possible. After over a decade in Real Estate, Carolina’s warm, focused approach has resulted in more than $15 million in sales annually.
Carolina has been married for 26 years, has two children, and is an avid animal lover. When she’s not working with clients, she enjoys skiing, traveling with her family, and trying new restaurants!

Tatyana Garcia
Tatyana Garcia is a third-generation Realtor. A licensed Realtor for five years, she serves as the Marketing Director for Carolina Garcia Real Estate Group. Tatyana maintains the company database, prepares presentations, financial documents, and internal reports, and handles the company’s marketing and social media. Like her mother, Tatyana is an animal lover.
