Carolina Garcia is the President and Founder of Carolina Garcia Real Estate Group, an award-winning real estate team based in San Antonio, Texas. A highly experienced real estate professional, Carolina obtained her Broker’s license in 2017 and has built a successful career helping clients create wealth through strategic real estate investments.
Carolina holds a degree in Radio/TV/Film and worked at major networks, including Univision, CBS, and Telemundo, where she honed her skills in visual storytelling, marketing, and meticulous attention to detail—skills that now translate seamlessly into her real estate career.
With over 17 years of experience, Carolina works extensively with foreign and domestic investors to build wealth through real estate. She specializes in guiding clients to acquire rental properties that generate strong returns while appreciating in value. Her expertise ensures that each investment aligns with long-term financial goals, maximizing cash flow and equity growth. She also assists investors in flipping properties, leveraging her deep market insights and design expertise to drive profitability.
Recognizing the need for high-touch property management, Carolina launched a boutique-style management division to provide investors with personalized, hands-on service. Carolina began her real estate career in 2008, during the Great Recession, building a reputation for successfully handling foreclosures and short sales. By 2015, growing demand for her client-first approach led her to establish Carolina Garcia Real Estate Group, LLC where she leads a dynamic team committed to delivering exceptional results.
